What do i do?

I'm home alone for the week and I'm a virgin (guy 16), there's a girl down the road that's really hot and she's had a crush on me for well over a year, I'm really tempted to get drunk with her and get down to it. But at the same time I've fallen in love with my best friend but everytime i've asked her out several times and she's rejected me because she is terrified of losing our friendship, she is for me "the one" but I don't know how long its going to take for us to start going out and I'm worried that if i lose my virginity to someone else (especially considering because both girls are friends) then it could ruin my chances of getting with her and ruin their friendship, but i could have some pretty decent sex over the next week. So what do i do?
