Family reaction to weight gain
My husband and I are travelling Interstate to see family and friends that we keep in contact with, but haven’t actually seen them physically in nearly 3 years. My husband still looks exactly the same, his like a fine wine, I on the other hand have gained a lot of weight.
Since we last saw them, I’ve gone from a size 12 up to a size 18. I’m much heavier now, my face is round and I have another chin, I have a belly, big thighs and my arse has spread. I have mixed feelings about my weight, the pounds have crept and crept up, essentially, I discovered Im actually happy being larger, my husband and I are happier than ever, we enjoy a wonderful sex life that has got even better and more frequent with the extra pounds. He tells me he loves my extra curves, we have always enjoyed trying new things and experimenting, it seems to be even more now.
Life is good.
I’m just feeling apprehensive about seeing everyone, because I look completely different now and they may not consider such a significant change like me being fat,
a good one, and that makes me feel self conscious.
I’m torn as to what to wear.. do I try cover up as best I can? or just the hell with it and embrace my new curves and show them off.
I know logically if I’m happy that’s all that matters right?
I’m curious has anyone had a similar experience? How did you feel? How did your family react?
Big bellies are hot
Be proud, and show it off! I’m extremely attracted to fuller-figured women. I don’t even glance at the skinny ones anymore, LOL! Your family loves you for who you are, your weight won’t change that!!
