Back in college I rented a small two bedroom apartment off campus, the idea was to get a roommate to share the rent and expenses.

She looked and acted like a nerdy guy, but always paid her share without fail.
So, one day I came right out and asked, she said she knew I didn't know and she liked living with me, and did not want any problems. I told he I would be more careful about nudity, she just smiled and told me it was OK, she was not concerned.
I just shrugged it off and was careful to always stay dressed after that when she was home.
It's funny that you didn't know, but she sounds like an ideal roommate.
