Caught friends little sister

I show up to my best friends house un announced all the time. We are both in our mid 20s and his little sister lives with him bc their mom isn’t a fit mom. His sister is 15. The last time I went over he wasn’t there and I had nothing else to do so I walked in and was about to call him and tell him I’m here. I walked in and figured his sister was with him also. They have a lab and usually she’s either on the dog runner on the side which she wasn’t or in the kennel inside which she wasn’t. I found that weird because he always puts the dog up whenever he leaves. I walked down the hallway to see if she got out the kennel and I see a glimps of her in his sisters bedroom with the door cracked open. As I walk closer I see his sisters leg on the floor and all I see is skin. I was curious and peeked in without making any noise and I seen something I was not prepared to see. The dog was between her legs licking her pussy. 100% sure she was letting the dog eat her out. I looked more to be sure I’m seeing this and she is laid on her back on the floor with her legs wide open and the dog is licking her. There was a jar of peanut butter beside her and I knew for sure what she was doing. I stepped back slowly and didn’t make a sound and walked back outside and called him and told him I just pulled up. He said his sister was home and he would call her and tell her I’m there. I waited a min and walked inside and she was in the kitchen and had clothes on like nothing ever happened. I said hey and she said hey and I went to the fridge and got a drink and look over and see the jar I seen beside her sitting on the counter. The dog is literally still moving it’s mouth getting the bits of peanut butter that’s left in its mouth. Should I just put that in the back of my mind and never say a word or should I tell my friend or should I tell her I seen and I won’t say anything. How should I go about this?
