I'm a woman, bisexual, currently in my late 20s. Since I was in college, I've been involved in a very special relationship. At 19, I feel in love with a female teacher from my campus, a very talented, intelligent and beautiful woman twice my age. (let's call her "F") Despite being married to a man ("M"), she reciprocated. We went out a couple of times and she said her relationship to her husband was open, and that both could take lovers if they wanted to, as long as they let the other know. I then started dating only her, which went on for about a year. At her birthday party that year I finally met M. They both started to have me over at their place more frequently, until they finally popped the question: M was also very attracted to me, and they wanted to know if I would be open to a threesome. I had never been in one, and I also found him very attractive, so I accepted. That was the beginning of a very fulfilling three-way sexual relationship, that eventually turned romantic from all parts. Shortly after graduating, I moved in with them and even introduced them to my family and close friends. Maybe it wasn't the case legally speaking, but for all effects and purposes I was a wife to both M and F.
It's been peachy most of the way, but for a few months now, M and F have been through some arguments, and I recently figured out it has to do with me. Turns out they wanted children and tried to have them, but couldn't, and now I'm a possibility for M to do so, but F isn't exactly happy with the idea. I'm not even sure I would want to, but the rift between them has led M and me to be much closer, both emotionally and sexually. This has also made her more hostile towards me, and we fear she might be considering divorce. The matter has become more complicated since learning of two bombshells: one, that M has told me he actually loves me more than her now, and that he is also starting to doubt he wants to be with her. Two, I'm pregnant with his baby, and I'm still not sure I want to keep it.
This will not end well...
