This site is being mismanaged

I reckon it's up to the owner of this site what they want to do but it seems that many posts are being deleted, comments deleted, things taken away or rearranged. I'm not sure how these decisions get made but it seems a bit unfair to present a site to people to post and comment at will yet then to edit at will what gets posted or what comments are allowed.
