Do you actually want him to fuck you or do you just think he wants to and your willing to let him because you don't want to make trouble? You said you were kind of scared so it sounds like you don't really want this. You are not obligated in anyway to give yourself to him. It'll cause trouble to resist him or maybe even call the cops but it's your body and your self respect is worth more than simply avoiding making trouble.
Even though he was drunk at that time, I feel like you should really bring it up to him and make him aware of what he was doing… There might be a chance of him apologizing for it, Or since he was drunk at that time, he probably did it because that’s what he was wanting to do… Either way, like I said, you should definitely bring it up to him and see what he says about it…
