Bulge flashing reaction?

I like to wear lightweight shorts that allow my penis to be visible through the fabric. I’m circumcised so you can clearly see the head of my penis. My wife notices occasionally and will let me know you can see it and has fun with it. I just act like it’s unintentional. However I love it when someone notices it like if I’m in a store shopping, walking towards them on the street or waiting in line. I’ve noticed guys as well as women looking and then eye contact is a turn on. What goes through your mind if you see this on a guy? Is it fun, is it gross or is it just weird? Would love to hear from girls or guys!
