Yoga Lessons
Almost a year ago I started taking yoga lessons. I guess that about 4 months into it my instructor started to point out where I was improving my body and I was a really happy about that. We had this be content and comfortable with your body and she said that she normally did yoga in the nude as it felt so much more natural. She wasn’t pushy about it and said that it didn’t make a difference to her.
Well about a month after that I told her that I given much thought and I was ready to go through class nude, as it was just me and her.
So after about a month of having personal instruction she said that I was advanced enough and that I ought to join a group so I did. There were a ten other women. I noticed that I was the only one that was wearing a yoga outfit and the other women stripped off. I didn’t want to feel conspicuous so I got naked too. I’ve taking these 2 a week classes for the past 3 months and having a great time, feeling so healthy, the comradery, with a bunch of wonderful women.
Never thought that I’d be so comfortable being naked. That’s it, no sex just a bunch 40 something women staying healthy.

I never went back after the second time. Too much body insecurity.
I'm 52 and newly single. Girlfriend talked me into going to the gym and then into Yoga class. Then progressed into naked yoga classes, and that's where I got over my body insecurity.
There are different social pressures on women. I'm thirty years old and will never again have the body of my pre-pregnancy years. My boobs will always be droopier, my hips will always be wider and my bum flabbier. No amount of gym or yoga is going to change that. Seeing row upon row of fit younger bodies just emphasises it, whereas a good sports bra and tight leggings can hide a multitude of sins. I especially hate my bum and seeing it naked in this type of environment is just depressing. First World problem, I know.
I knew that the lady that owns the house that backs up to our yard is a yoga instructor and has turned part of her house into a studio. Quite by accident I discovered that she has classes in the nude. Not going to lie, It took me awhile to figure out how to spy on them, there were obstacles to overcome, very high privacy fence, studio has a lot of glass but only a small part of the day when the sun's glare goes away to be able see in.
It seems that they enjoy outside classes on occasion. I know that it's sounds perverted, but it's really hard to resist.
