Question for the ladies

My girlfriend friend from work is really loud and noisy, she has a big laugh that everyone seems to stop and look!
Anyway, whenever we are out she always seems to comment of men's package / bulge, she will say cor look at him I bet he's big and so on.
I know everyone's eyes wonder sometimes but do you ladies really check out men's package / bulge?
