My best friend

We hooked up. I gave him head in the first day we ever did anything other than be friends. We went from platonic to secret in a matter of minutes.
Of course, I didn't do anything to prevent it, but he was so determined to get it from me. What now? I didn't mean anything, and I don't want to be a hypocrite and act like he meant. I'm just his friend.
My confession is that I wanted to give him something to ask for again, and I'm not quite sure how that will play out. I'm not confessing to a gay fling, I'm confessing to being pretty selfish in a serious situation.
