Recurring dream

About a month ago I decided to make a few lifestyle changes. I had been an evening wine drinker for years, but quit the habit. I've been getting regular exercise too. I'm in good shape and haven't felt this good in years. It's like my brain has emerged from a fog. I'm 37, married, mom to daughter who is 10. My husband is great and I have no complaints. Our sex life is great and financially we do well.

Ever since these lifestyle changes, my dreams have become incredibly vivid. I'm not sure why, but many of my dreams are of a sexual nature and my husband is never in them. It's always with other people.

I've been having a recurring dream nearly every week and it's a weird one. I'm not sure where it is coming from, but I've had the same dream four times now. It's always me with a few other moms my age naked on the floor getting fucked by teen boys. Let's just say they are 18 for the purpose of being proper. I'm always lying on my side, legs slightly parted, getting spoon fucked from behind while sucking the dick of another boy in front of me. It's the same dream, same position, every time. This whole thing is a mystery to me.
