This story is about something that happened when I was 18 in Upper Sixth. I am now 31. I'm female and at the time was dating another boy in our year.

Our school had a sixth form so more or less all the same pupils at our school stayed on, for the first year at least. Kieran and his 3 friends were the most powerful bullys in school. It was never a good idea to cross them. They put out a warning that if anyone tried to steal their secret stash of chocolate then there would be a severe punishment. One day there was a rumour going round that George had been stealing from them, they had laid down a trap and caught him and there were rumours they were going to punish him as revenge.

As they had seen him in the showers and knew he wasn't packing much down south they had secret decided the best revenge was to strip him completely naked and give all the girls a glimpse of his very small tojer.

George was a pretty standard guy, fairly quiet, what I would call an inbetweener as he wasn't one of the popular kids but certainly not a loser either, somewhere inbetween. He wasn't actually bad looking although I wouldn't say I particularly fancied him.

Anyway the time came and there was always this 5 minute period at the beginning of class where our teacher would go and get the text books from the store room. It would take him a while so we were all left unsupervised. So on this occasion the 3 boys I mentioned saw this as their opportunity while the teacher was not about. One of them locked the door and pulled the curtains down so nobody outside the room would see what was going on and put a stop to it.

They pounced, the 3 guys really jumped on him and to begin with there was a struggle, George knew they were likely carrying out their revenge but wouldn't yet know exactly what they had in mind. The struggle came to an end though as Kieran gained control and they were holding George's arms behind his back. One of them then got the ducktape out. He looked helpless as they started taping him up as all he could do was watch and was unable to do anything to stop it and they then teased him "we're going to show all the girls just how big or small maybe your pee-pee is!" George resorted to begging, "please don't do this, please anything but this, I'm really sorry what I did" the 3 boys just ignored him as though they couldn't even hear him and forced a ball bag into his mouth and taped it up. Given George's begging most of us girls then assumed he probably is going to be a bit on the small side.

They then started tightly taping his hands behind his back. None of the other boys tried to help, they were probably just thanking their stars it wasn't them it was happening to. They moved him him onto a desk and one held him down. He then desperately tried to wriggle free, he was thrashing about desperately hoping to get free before they could expose him and all the girls would see his most private and intimate part. They then quickly removed all his clothes getting him down to just his pants. He then spread his legs to make it more difficult for them to get his pants down and to be honest it was quite difficult to watch knowing you could see how much he didn't want this to happen I was surprised by how desperate he was.

He briefly did get free and ran over to the door, but it was no use it was locked. he tried banging and shouting awkwardly which was hard as he was taped up and ball gagged. It did work though as it caught the teacher's attention who then realised the door was locked. The teacher couldn't see exactly what was going on because the blind was down but said hold fire and I'll go and get my keys.

George probably thought he now had half a chance of getting out of this situation. The boys though now started to up their speed and continued without hesitance. They got him back on the table and George started trying to wriggle free again and delay the situation as much as he could so the teacher could come and save him but one grabbed the waist band of his pants and managed to pull them down as George still was desperately trying to get free. They then tied his ankles together to stop him from crossing his legs, at this point we couldn't see alot and some of the girls tried moving to get a better angle. They then stood him so we could all see properly. He had stopped wriggling and thrashing about now, he just stood there emotionless, I think he was in shock as he couldn't believe it was actually happening. We could finally see his manly parts. All us girls stared, partly in curiosity. It wasn't even smaller than I thought - it must have been 1.5 inches at most and you could barely see his balls. I thought maybe he was a late developer but then he did have alot of pubic hair and he was 18 so it was probably as big as it was going to get.

You could see the agony on his face, it was bright red as he was forced to endure this humiliation and all he could do is stand there as every girl in our class got to see just how small his willy was.

The situation was very arousing for me, although as I said, I felt sorry for him, this is also what made the situation so hot. It must have felt so unfair to him as all the girls got to see his willy while we all kept our clothes on.

By this point he had now been naked probably for a good 5 minutes and the situation now must have started to feel like torture for him. By now as well it wasn't just his tackle I was paying attention to, he had a fairly good body, a niceish bum and it was strange seeing him without a single piece of clothing on, he was completely naked!

"That will teach you George for fucking with us, this has been the most humiliating day of your life, one I'm sure you won't forget soon so let this be a lesson to never fuck with us again!" They then let him go and he put his clothes back on. He was very quiet throughout the rest of the lesson as you can imagine. The 3 guys did get into alot of trouble later on. George was nicnknamed George twilly (tiny-willy) for the rest of his time at school by people because we had all seen his tiny willy and he hated it! Years later at a school reunion he was reminded of the story by one of the girls, she said it front of everyone and really teased him and he looked mortified!
