I'm Not Attracted to My Wife as She has Become Repulsive to Me.

I have been married for 8 years now and I'm no longer attracted to my wife. In fact she disgusts me. She is a fat glutton and frankly her personal hygiene has slipped to the point where she only showers about twice a week. The rest of the time she either foregoes bathing or does a quick sponge job on her huge body. When we met she was hot plumper at 5'4" and around 170lbs. Blonde haired, blue eyed, extremely cute with sun freckled skin and a dazzling smile and curves in all the right places. She had a sexy, flirty nature as well and still has but it's in overdrive all the time now due to some physical issues she battling. We dated for two years and after we got engaged, she gained a little weight, getting up to around 200lbs. This didn't really bother me as she was always a little chubby and her weight fluctuated a lot. I figured she would lose the excess as we got closer to our wedding day.... Boy was I wrong. It seemed that the 1 caret diamond ring on her finger, was her license to just pig out and let herself go. And boy did she ever. She also became extremely moody and sexually aggressive. Aside from her weight and eating issues we were happy and it wasn't long before we were expecting a new arrival. Once my wife found out she was pregnant her appetite went completely overboard. Her OBGYN warned her time and time again to watch her weight but my wife just ignored the Dr. Consequently she gained 85lbs durning her pregnancy and weighed over 400 pounds on the delivery table. She developed a diabetic pregnancy and our daughter weighed 11lbs 12 ounces at birth and to this day is a very cubby little girl. After the birth of our child my wifes weight continued to increase dramatically and she was eventually diagnosed with POCS which resulted in not only extreme weight gain but clitoromegaly as well. The sad part of this is I know that under all that blubber and emotional insanity is the girl I fell in love with and that our daughter is going to suffer emotionally when I decide to make the divorce official. But what can I really do. She refuses my help and will not face the fact that she is out of control physically and emotionally. To her I should just suck it up and lover her disgusting body, her sexual abnormally and her emotionally crazy self.
