Awkward question

So, I dogsit for my neighbors from time to time. One regular, a large male husky, I know is not fixed*. Every time I go into their house, this specific dog(none of my other regulars does this, btw) gets "friendly" with my leg the minute I sit down. Apparently does it with everyone. I was wondering if anyone here might have some veterinary knowledge to tell me if giving him a "hand" might make him calm down? Does he have blueballs? Do dogs get blueballs?
*I did ask about this awhile back, apparently their kid is worried something will happen during surgery(they had a female who died the day after they had her spayed), so they're not having it done. So it's not like he's a breeder or regularly gets his bow-chicka-wowwows on.
