There was a black guy in Jr. High that had made it his goal to make out with every girl in our class and I was the last girl to give in. Keep in mind this was back in the early 70’s and interracial dating was very taboo. My parents would have disowned me had they known. That was why I waited so long. He wanted me badly and chased me for several months. I finally gave in invited him to come to my house when my parents were out. We made out on the couch in the basement. We kissed passionately for a long time and he had me topless and played with my breasts. Although he was 13 and I was only 12, I was absolutely prepared to go all the way right then. I was naïve and thought that was what two people were supposed to do when they made out. At least that was what I understood from the sex-education book that I had read. It was a good thing he didn’t know that I was expecting to have intercourse that day with him. In fact, at the time, I was surprised, confused and disappointed that we hadn’t. I thought there was something wrong with me because we didn't. Once he had kissed me, he lost interest and I went back in to my shell.
