Best friends fiance

I've been having an affair with my best friends fiance and it's honestly more than sex. We have strong feelings for each other. We have unprotected sex atleast once a week and it's been amazing. I don't know how to go about telling my friend I want to pursue things with her but I know I need to. I could honestly see marrying her in the near future.
