They found nothing on laptop as I knew was the case, then after very thorough and using cyber units technology they allegedly found these images buried in my phone. Now my life is over.

There's always the possibility that someone hacked your phone. Hire a private investigator to see what happened.
Same thing happened to me, I wouldn't worry .. it's going to be hard but it's not unachievable, it's been 10 years since my offense and life's alot better , keep your hope up, don't give up my friend.
