I too like stretching my urethra. But have been doing it for years. I actually took a pair of surgical scissor, and split the head of my cock completely through. Of course it took me about a pint of Jack Daniel's to get up the nerve to do. But once I had the nerve I positioned the scissors how I wanted, and one snip and it was done. Yes it did bleed, i packed it off for about an hour, then applied some surgical super glue.
Now I can insert my entire little finger in it. Plus I still continue to stretch with tampons. I can insert a super in, then I get in the hot tub naked and watch it expand.

I was at a sex toy shop recently and the girl showed me pee-slit rods. It was a package of 4 rods, different sizes on each end. The first was about 1/4 inch diameter working up to about 1/2 inch. She said it is supposed to feel like jacking off from the inside. I couldn't imagine - never head of this until that day. I don't think I could fit anything into my pee-slit

Did not work as it seemed! But with a small cut underneath the frenum and using Vaseline I was able to insert the whole length of my index finger. There was some blood oozing from the cut but the slit was stretched a great bit!
