Is it possible I could sleep with my girlfriend's cousin?

She's older with kids and seems flirts with me when she's drunk, last party we were at she kept saying my full name first and last in our conversation a lot sedictivly. she even apologized for doing it so often. (She was drunk) but she gives me that flirty gaze, I can tell she wants me.
Her husband cheated on her too so there's that.
My question is,
how can I talk to her cuz or ask her to hangout without seeming obvious or weird to anyone?
I know if it was me and her alone with alcohol we would fool around.
How can I make that happen?? I NEED ADVICE
should I text her and ask her to go shopping for a gift for my girl?
Then ask to get some drinks after?
