Your mind is trying to process something new it saw. It would do the same thing if you had witnessed a real life car wreck or something else you usually only see on TV. There are really only two ways to go with this. Either give it time, and your brain will eventually get used to the image and stop focusing on it, or you can try to speed the process with desensitization.
