Was it wrong of me?

I've told this story a few times to friends and family but never this part of it!
Couple years ago I was riding my motorbike, the road I was on is very windy with fields either side, out the corner of my eye I noticed a little flashing light, I turned round to investigate, a car was on it's side in a deep ditch, the flashing light was the indicator.
I jumped onto the car, opened the drivers door and saw a young lady basically hanging upside down, called 999
While waiting for the ambulance I was trying to do what I could to reassure her help is on it's way, basically just talk with her as I didn't want to move her.
This is the part I haven't told anyone...
She was wearing a really short skirt, the position she was in was giving me a perfect view between her legs, not only that her knickers were to one side showing her lips, not much I could do as I was holding the drivers door open.
For the next 15 minutes while waiting for the ambulance I did nothing but look at her pussy, when I heard the ambulance I took my scarf off and placed it between her legs to cover things up!
Was it wrong of me?!
