First, lay off cheese and milk, eat a large green apple every day, and use glycerol suppositories to make bowel movements easier. Treat your hemorrhoids with preparation H, witch hazel applied to a cotton pad and held on them for 5-10m 4x/day, use anti inflamatories and ice to reduce swelling. Keep in mind that once they are shrunk vigorous anal sex will bring them right back, usually much worse than before.
