Wife got involved with a co-worker
My wife and I have an open marriage. We started having sex outside our marriage 2 years ago and up to this point it has worked great for us. My wife is an attractive 31 year old woman, she works out regularly, has a great body and an increible curvy ass.

I found out about them because a friend from work told me in confidence that this other co-worker (the one who is fucking my wife) has been talking around the office, telling people that he is fucking my wife behind my back
Now, I was ok with the whole open marriage agreement between my wife and I, but I think this is making me look like an idiot in front of my business circle at work. I have an executive position and I have an image to mantain, I dont need to look like the idiot husband whose wife is sucking another mans dick behind his back!
I understand that my wife is not breaking any rules because of our agreement, but I cannot tell everybody at my office that my wife and I have an open marriage deal, that would be like inviting all the men in my office to run to my house to try to fuck my wife and to be honest at this point I think it is possible that she would fuck all of them!
Not sure what to do at this point.

I agree that you should not tell anyone at work about your open marriage. You need to amend the open marriage agreement to explicitly state that she cannot fuck anyone that you work with. Unless she has developed an emotional tie to this guy, she shouldn't have any problem ending it with him.
You have to talk to your wife. She may have an idea or two of her own on how to deal with this. If she cares about you, she'll want to help keep your reputation intact, if only because it benefits her to have you be successful at work.
