Brotherly love

Let's make a long story short
I met this guy. We became friends with benefits. That being something two 16 year olds tell their parents we introduced each other as friends. Well over the course of the next two years our parents also got to know each other. After two years of this guy and I having "relations" our parents got married. So now...I guess you could say I'm screwing my step brother. Is that really as wrong as it sounds? I mean obviously I don't have a problem with it. But what does society think?
