Of course at lunch I smile and look her in the eyes and judge her mood.
The next would be to invite for a walk in the local park, or maybe a picnic lunch in the park.

Find common interests and invite her out for coffee. Then flirt (i.e., give compliments, etc.). I had two affairs in my life, and they all started that way. The guy would find a way into my heart, and eventually into my pants.

Tell her that in some worlds the greatest friendships include sexual intercourse, and ask if she has any really great friends.... that's what he said to me and it opened up that line of conversation...

That actually worked? It didn't create an awkward reaction at all?

I used that same kind of rationale to get with my wife's boss' daughter, my sister-in-law, HER daughter & 2 women I work with. It is a great attitude to go in with, that way it helps instill the idea that it is still a friendship, not a relationship.

Lol...some people don't get marriage. WHY WOULD YOU CHEAT ON YOUR SPOUCE????WHY??? don't get married in the first place if you think that's ever going to be a problem later one. like wtf? really.

I should have been more specific. The woman is my wife's friend and has (I think) been flirting with me. Direct = divorce so that method wouldn't work.

This changes things. Find out more about her from your wife. Pick up on what your wife says about her then use that info to help you. She’s married, so she will hide it from her husband so you’re safe that your wife won’t find out. I have had sex with two of my wife’s friends. Here’s how I did it.
One was married, she is my wife’s best friend, known each other since middle school. I know this woman’s past, I know her so well picking up on things my wife says about her. She was very flirty with me, and me with her, increasing the flirtation over time. Went from hugging hello/goodbye to kissing on the cheek to a peck on the lips, of no one was around. I knew she worked close by my office, and I asked her what restaurants were good for lunch, she told me her favorites. I showed up at one of those places to pick up lunch and there she was, randomly, walked up to her and hugged her and kissed her on the lips, lingered there just a half second longer than normal and asked her to sit with me. We ate, and talked. Asks her to meet me again, my treat (women love free), and told her not to mention this since her husband and my wife might not like it. She agreed. That next lunch, we sat on the same side of the booth; I put my hand on her thigh, she put her hand on my arm, I put my arm around her and kissed her. We made out. Told her to meet me again, she said okay then backed out saying she felt guilty, I said you’re right, she said we shouldn’t, I said we really shouldn’t, she said okay I’ll meet you. We met and didn’t even make it inside of the restaurant, we had sex in her back seat. No condom. I knew she was already tied and couldn’t get pregnant so I said we don’t need condoms since we are both married, and she’s too pretty for condoms. We had sex for months, quickies then lunch. She never said anything, she couldn’t because she was in the same predicament as me. Perfect scenario. Next was a divorced friend of hers, who was going wild after her divorce.

My wife was out of town, I saw that the divorced friend was at a bar on Facebook one night, I got dressed and headed to the bar. Sat down and ordered a drink. Bumped into her there, made up a story that my colleague just cancelled on me, and that I was leaving for home. I bought her drinks (free stuff) danced with her, and had sexy with her, drove her home and had sex with her at her apartment. No condom.

Why not be direct? Tell her she is sexiest woman you have ever laid eyes on and you want to pound her into the mattress until she passes out from orgasm overload.
