Question

My best friend and I (both 24) have been fucking behind his girlfriend's back for 5 years now. So far he has always taken me from behind as if he doesn't want to see that I am a boy.
But the last time, he turned me on my back and looked me in the eyes while banging me. What confuses me is that he even kissed me. Really with tongue. It was such a nice feeling for me because I secretly have a crush on him.

What do you think? Can I read anything into it? I don't want to ruin anything just because of feelings. On the other hand, when he kissed me, I came hands-free.
What should I do without putting anything at risk?
