Wife has been lying

My wife has been lying to me. I've noticed that she and my buddy have been getting closer and closer over the past few months and questioned her about it. She denied it and claimed she was just being friendly for me. Last week as I was going to work I noticed a van that looked like his coming down the road behind me and it turned onto our road. I went down the road a bit and pulled into the gas station and called into work and told them that I was not feeling well.
