University students spanked by landlady

When at university 3 of us were renting the top floor rooms in a hotel at the nearby sea-side resort. The landlady Mrs B was very good to us treated us more like family than tenants. I remember being embarrassed when my parents dropped me off and they were chatting to Mrs B while I was unloading my stuff from the car and taking it up to our rooms as they were leaving my mum said to Mrs B "he's a good lad most of the time but if he steps out of line feel free to take your slipper to him" cue much laughter and a very red face for me.
The were two occasions she spanked. The first incident was when she had gone away to a family wedding for the weekend and we threw a party on the Saturday night
but were careful to make sure everything was tidy again by the time she got back. We overlooked one thing however we had taken the battery out of the smoke alarm
so it wouldn’t be set off during the party and we forgot to replace the battery. We got back from Uni a few days later to find a very angry landlady in our living room.
The local council had been out to check the fire alarms, extinguishers etc and they had found that are fire alarm had been disabled.
She gave us a fierce lecture about how our stupid and thoughtless actions could have ruined her business and she would be quite justified to throw us out.
We were very sorry and were all apologising and asking her to give us another chance. She asked what we had done with the battery and I fetched it from the chest of drawers where I had left it. In a spirit of friendship I said that I had been the one who had taken the battery out and the others hadn't known. I don't think she believed me as she wasn't daft and had been renting to students for years. I begged for her to give us a second chance and she said she would think about it and she would let us know her decision the next morning, we spent a worrying night as the she was a good landlady and finding somewhwere else part way through term would not have been easy. The next morning we were waiting in our living room for her to deliver her verdict. She began by scolding us all but saying it seemed we had acted out of stupidity rather than malice but we had behaved like overgrown schoolboys, Mrs B then said she had decided wecould stay but no visitors after 9pm, we would help her give the other empty rooms a thorough cleaning under her supervision at the weekends and as we had acted so immaturely we had proven we were not to old for an old fashioned smacked bottom. She told us to go downstairs and wait outside the door of her rooms with are noses to the wall. She left us like that for 10 minutes or so before telling us to come in, she said she could believe that it had been my idea but she was sure the others had known about it she told Mike to drop his jeans and touch his toes and she gave him 6 whacks with a slipper, she repeated the punishment for Ian. I pulled down my jeans and bent over and was mortified as my boxer shorts were pulled down and I got 12 whacks with the slipper leaving me with a stinging bottom.
