My bf broke up with me on Valentine's Day

I met my boyfriend my sophomore year in college. We've been a couple for 4 years. I live with my parents and we converted their garage into my studio for my painting and drawing. My boyfriend recently got a promotion to vice president of a wealth management branch and just purchased a two bedroom new construction condo with a two car garage. He's been renting an apartment since we graduated college and due to the housing market he was struggling to purchase something he could afford. The condo will be done in May and the contractor promises he can move in in June. Sounds good doesn't it? Well it's about to get complicated.
On Valentine's Day, he got reservations to the golf course restaurant for dinner. He was talking about the condo being close to complete and he wanted me to meet with the contractor on how I wanted the garage set up for my studio and business. I told him I already have a studio and asked why would I put one in his condo? He handed me a box with a diamond ring, got on a knee in front of everyone made a scene and proposed! People were clapping! I was embarrassed and made sure everyone knew I said NO! My day was now ruined! We didn't talk. I was so mad I ordered the most expensive dessert and didn't touch it. When we left, I told him I didn't want to go to his place because I knew he'd want sex so I told him to take me home. I told him to leave and not stay. I told my parents what happened. THEY KNEW but didn't tell me. He tried texting me the next morning but i blocked him. I can't believe I got dumped on Valentine's Day!
