Pencil skirt, yoga pants, compression shorts, mesh running shorts & tight dress pants.

With cotton yoga pants or leggings? Never
With compression shorts? Never
Denim jeans? Yes for obvious reasons. lol
Knee length or longer skirt? Never
Above the knee skirt? Mostly depends on the event.
