Hoody dress!

Saw a young woman today, about 19 wearing only a long hoody and fishnets! She had long sexy legs and the hoody only covered about half her ass. I was convinced she had no panties on, but the front of the hoody was shorter than the back and I got a glimpse of what must have been a lacy thong or g string! What a great way to dress:-)
