Wife seen naked accidentally by her co-worker

Tammy would occasionally send me selfies of herself while she was at work from a private room. Well one day she had finished making a short video and sent it to me but to her mortified surprise a male co-worker had previously sent her a work text and she had forgotten that it was still the current and open text and that she had just inserted the video and sent it to him instead. Tammy was so embarrassed because she worked directly with this man and seen him numerous times through the day but as a few days past he never mentioned the video but from that day on she could tell he seen the video because of the way he was always looking at her. Tammy has told me one day she had to go to his office and he was looking at his phone while she was in the room and she could tell that he had her nude video on because he'd look at his phone and then look at her which made her very uncomfortable. Tammy still works with this co-worker but things hav settled down now through time.
