My mature wife 58 is prostituting herself

In March of 2022 we went on a camping trip to celebrate my wife's birthday. The second day I was leaving to do some chores at home and pick up dinner.
She had been gone earlier in the day and started acting weird. I was suspicious and happened to have a sports cam with me. Before I left I hid it in some of my clothes so it could see part of the camper. I left and was gone for a couple of hours.
When I got back she was hammered and was still acting strange. I didn't say much but went to my side of the bed to change and noticed my clothes were moved and no camera. I said hey where's my clothes. She got defensive and said I was cleaning up. I asked why and she said it was a mess.
She had not done that before and has not since.
The camera how ever was gone.
The next morning I just asked her point blank where is it? She said in the bathroom. I went in and it was on the counter and the SD card was out of it but intact.
I thought then that maybe I was wrong to think something was wrong.
The next day when she was gone for a while I both my laptop out and put the card in it and my whole life changed and I will never be the same.
There was a thunder storm and as soon as I walk out the door she started scurrying around straightening up and started to change clothes. Almost immediate she moved my clothes and the camera fell out. She grabbed it all and threw it in the small closet on my side of the bed. It went dark but it was still on and when 10 minutes later I heard a different female voice I knew something was very off. After a few minutes I started hearing things of a sexual nature and I'm thinking my wife is a lesbian. Then after 20 or so minutes of two females having sex I hear a male voice.
It starts with some grunts and groans and finally I hear her say Karen like she was in distress. Then I hear the girl ask her "Big dick?" She says yeah. And then another 15 minute of sexual sounds.
After 45 minutes they leave.
9 months and other recordings later I'm still somewhat confused about what's going on.
I finally couldn't take it and confronted her.
She denied that anything happened. I've got recordings of her at home and I hear voices I don't know when I'm not here and sex sounds. She still denied it and said I was abusing her by accusing her of this.
She denies anything has happened, she denies anyone else beside us has been in our camper or in our house.
After trying to talk to her the weekend after Thanksgiving she left. After two days she called me and I asked her to come back.
I'm 68 and she is 58.
I asked her if she was in some kind of trouble and she said no.
I believe she has gotten in with these people and is prostituting herself.
I've been tested twice since March.
Negative so far but I'm just trying to figure out what to do.
