Wife’s work trip
My wife works in automotive manufacturing. She’s a boss over an entire line. They apparently have extra ppl in her position so they told her that she and a couple others would be going to a plant in a different state for 8 weeks. It wasn’t much of an inconvenience because our kids are grown and out of the house.
She’s able to come home ever two weeks and the rest of the time they put her up in a hotel. She told me about a week into it that she’s sharing a hotel room. Basically they have to keep records of what they spend. They are doing it to pocket money. I asked who she’s rooming with. I figured it was with another woman that went. She said it was brad, another group leader. I asked if they were in a room with separate beds. She said it was one king sized bed. I started asking questions about it and she said, “Just ask the question you really want to ask.” I said, “Are you two sleeping together?” She said, “Of course we are. It’s just one bed.” I said, “No. I mean sex.” She said, “Well, yes, we are.” I said, “This been going on a while?” She said, “No. Just ok this trip. Can’t very well masturbate in front of him and don’t want to do that in the shower.”

This is nothing new......It's been going on for 100s of years. How you deal with it will determine if you want to stay married.
I'm a married 58 year old female and during my 35 year career with the same company, infidelity has always been part of the work place environment. In my 20s, I've traveled with my boss and we've had sex. I've traveled with numerous male co-workers and we've had sex. I've also met attractive males while on travel and had sex. Each encounter was consensual, we used protection and 'no strings attached.'
I'm sure my husband was aware but we never talked about it. He traveled with his work and I'm sure he was doing the same. Why can't a girl have fun too? Guys do....
Btw; I always got good raises and bonuses.

My first job out of college in 1993 was with a small insurance agency that had 4 male agents. A few times a year they would send us to Orlando or Las Vegas for a conference and training.
My first trip was with my boss. At the time he was mid 40s, married with kids. I was engaged to my current husband and we'd just bought a house.
My boss said we can save money if we get one hotel room and if I agreed, he could give me the savings as a bonus. Ok, my boss was attractive and we flirted a lot.
Let's just say I agreed and he had to agreed to wear a condom because my husband wanted me to get pregnant. lol

I never told, he never found out and to this day he has no clue. He thought they were just bonuses.
I'll also add that I always used protection with my boss unless I was confirmed pregnant with each of my children.

Plus I don’t think any company would set up these accommodations without employees approval.
