So there was this guy I graduated high school with, and unfortunately we lived just a few doors away from one another when I moved out of my parents house. I say "unfortunately" because this guy was a planet-size douchebag and homophobe; he'd never miss an opportunity to gleefully remind me I was going to hell for being gay when we were in school, or he'd tell me my dick was going to catch fire and rot and fall off and you name it and it'd be God's punishment, or he'd tell me I was only with guys because no woman would ever touch me, or whatever. Most of the times I've been unable to avoid him in my current neighborhood, he's been much the same way. What he doesn't know, and I'm waiting patiently for the perfect opportunity to drop the video evidence, is that the tranny who's been sucking his eyeballs out through his cock is also the neighbor he repeatedly tells us breaking God's will just by existing. We've been meeting up in a badly lit parking lot 3× a month, where I blow him(with a cell phone stuck to my car window with a suction cup recording everything) while he tells me how he's never had a girl do this good a job. Just as soon as I can get footage of him returning the favor(and I'm wearing him down), I'll tell him privately to back the fuck off before I send the various videos to everyone he knows. Considering that his bullying was not-so-secretly condoned by the ultra-religious town we grew up in, his family, pastor, girlfriend and others knowing he's been hooking up with a tranny would ruin his existence.
He only acts out against you to hide his own sexual feelings. Do not threaten to destroy this man's life.

I love it.He truly is a douchebag. The only thing worse than a douche is a pompous, holier than thou hypocrite and he’s that too.
One caution. Most states make it illegal to send revenge type sex videos. Even the threat can be a crime…blackmail. And many states also don’t allow secret video taping of people. I hope you get the goods on him, but if you do, you might consider either just letting him know without the threat (he’ll get the point anyway) or just do it anonymously. Good luck!! Keep us posted.
At least in my state, I don't think so. If it's a public setting I don't think he'd have a legal leg to stand on, honestly. If the hookup spot was in a hotel or even a public bathroom stall or wherever, there'd be a reasonable expectation of privacy, but if you're in public like a parking lot or an elevator, you take your chances. There might be any number of security cameras watching you from anywhere. The blackmail/revenge porn thing is a different story, but for just recording it and then telling him to f off op is probably in the clear.
