Real Estate Agent and I are a great team
Ever since we had a major hurricane where I live, there are many houses with heavy damage. I decided to take my retirement money and put it to use by flipping houses. On the first house I bought, I was able to buy it and flip it using the same agent. She was very excited because she made almost $9000 commission in two months off of this one house. When I saw her level of excitement, I had an idea. I mean, I’m the one with the money and there’s tons of agents, so if she says no, then I could always find someone else.
I took her to lunch one day and told her that I wanted to flip more houses. She was glad to hear this since our last deal went so well. Then I dropped my conditions on her. I told her straight out that I would continue to use her for buying and selling if she was willing to celebrate with me after each deal. When she asked what I meant by celebrating, I told her I would take her out for a nice dinner. Then we would spend the night together at my place, her place, or a hotel. I could tell she felt weird at first, as we continued lunch, but after a few minutes she agreed. She said since we work well together and she finds me attractive (even though I’m 13 years older than her), it should be no issue.
Since our deal, so far I have bought and sold five houses with her. And every time we close, we dress up nicely, have a nice dinner then fuck all night. It’s so nice having a no strings attached sexual relationship. As long as her husband doesn’t find out, we’re gonna keep making money together and “celebrating”.
Maybe her husband knows but he doesn't mind you fucking his wife. Also, he probably likes the money that she makes. I knew that my wife was fucking a guy she worked with while they were on business trips. I didn't mind and enjoyed having sex with her when she got back.
