How people change

I haven’t stayed at my parents house for over 10 years, I stayed for a week while my mum was unwell.
I met up with a couple of old friends that still live in the area, while at the pub I noticed this girl that was wasted, she looked a mess, my mate said guess who that girl is, I said I have no idea, he said of course you did, you chased her for ages trying to get in her knickers, please tell me it’s not Gillian, yep spot on.
Gillian was a posh girl, her parents are super rich, she had everything, horses, cars, clothes and just about every bloke wanting a piece of her.
Now she is a wreck, clothes looking like never been washed, she also looks like she’s not had a bath for weeks, apparently she is a heavy user of drugs and still lives with her parents.
How the hell does someone go from stunning to a wreck.
