Can't Control My urges

I am a married mother of 2 wonderful children have been married for 9 years. I truly love my husband but I get these uncontrollable urges to have sex with strangers. Mostly just oral but not always and not just anyone either. If I meet a man that is well-groomed and good looking and fit I cant stop myself from wanting him. I have gone to thearpy for years for this but nothing helps. My husband has no idea, this would crush him. Everytime I do someting I swear it is the last time, but it never is.
