Yes, I think it is becoming more acceptable, and it should be, or at least should not be so stigmatized. I don't think it should be encouraged (it doesn't need to be), just not stigmatized. With birth control now an option, sex no longer means having babies. It can be done for pure pleasure. Yes we should allow incest between adults. Incest is more acceptable now and tv programs like Game of Thrones have incest in the story line.
