Should I be concerned we are a family of four, when I was changing the bedding I found my daughters nightdress in her brothers bed at the very bottom, I first tried to think negative about it but there can only be one reason why her nightdress should be in her brothers bed an incestuous relationship,

Let's be up-front here..You darn well know what's going on..They're having regular sex, clearly enjoy it, and, don't care who finds out. I'd just let it go if I were you. I had sex with my hot older sister tons of times at home, and nobody knew. You need to set up a hidden camera in their rooms so you know for sure they are incestuating. Once you know for sure, you should either ignore it, or kick them out of your house if you find it that offensive.
