My friend and his gf have a pretty toxic relationship. constant fighting and yelling. the incident I specifically want to mention is a night where he got drunk and started breaking his tv and other things. his gf tried to call the cops but he wripped the phone out of the wall. eventually cops showed up and arrested him for DV and interfering with a emergency cal and was arrested. he drove me there originally and his gf was to drunk to take me home so I layed on the couch. me and her started talking through the walls and eventually she told me to go In the room so she can hear me. basically from there we had sex for a while and then had sex in the living room. she planned to leave him and she ended up doing so because his actions. am I still wrong for having sex with her even though I knew they were done?

Not wrong at all..I've had at my friend's hot, slender, very sexy (she's all of those..and zero self-confidence..a very easy mark) several times. Physically, she's fkn amazing. Long legs, great t&a, big blue eyes, and pouty lips. Why he mistreats her is a mystery, but..I do benefit when he does. It's probably wrong since her boyfriend will come out of the slammer and beat the snot out of you. Your friendship is likely over, unless you guys are the type of friends that share girlfriends.
