I went to a summer camp that had multiple people attending. My best friend was also there. We stayed the night one day at the camp, and she left her duffle bag unattended. Should I have stolen a pair of panties from her bag? I thought about it but didn't actually do it. I don't know if its creepy and I dont really care. What would you have done?

For three years I was a counselor at a summer camp and two of them three years I lost all of my panties due to boys stealing them from my room and was forced to do everything without wearing panties even when I was having my periods and a few times my white shorts got stained from a bit of blood and I got a lot of looks.
The last year I was 18 and I lot all my underwear the very first week of the 12 week camp and that wasn't all I lost either.
That's why I have to buy multipacks of hanes or fruit of the loom
