I want a boyfriend who loves to go on gym dates. I love the idea of working out together. Exercise is a great way to release endorphin's. I am overweight at the moment. I would love to be your gym partner and your sex partner. I know the value of having a personal trainer. Loosing weight is an interesting thing because to loose weight you have to eat less. Having someone to be accountable to really helps. If you have to confess to having eaten junk food or too much food then that helps you resist. Also with a PT you work so much harder and that makes you feel like you have achieved and puts you in a better place to resist eating.
Well, eating less to lose weight is a common misconception. It's about switching to a sensible diet. You can still eat a lot as long as it is high in nutrients but low in calories, like vegetables and other plant based proteins. things like animal products such as meat and dairy really make you fat. Simple sugars are even worse. Eating less does more damage that good. Sure you might lose weight, but it will be lost muscle mass. The body will realize the food intake is less and will eat the muscle instead of the fat. It will hold onto the fat as a insulation layer to protect against outside elements. It's best to eat normally but switch from fatty foods to meals that are nutrient dense.
