I was 6 when I first met the man who would become my stepfather. I immediately loved him. Later he married my mum and I of course, was a bridesmaid, it was a wonderful day. I just had this enormous crush on him. Our evening ritual would be that we would have our tea and chat or watch a bit of TV and then we would have a bath and all three of us would bath together and we would wash each other.
