Why did that just happen

Im a straight male. Clever but always refused to play the games needed to get ahead in my career. Annoyingly, that's meant that I've stayed in the same position for ages while I've watched others get ahead.

I finally decided to make a move and start trying and it was getting noticed, then my manager just up and left and all my brown nosing had been for nothing. Bollocks!

Anyway, new manager just arrived and I started all over again but it didn't seem to be working. I was working late one night and on my way out went to the toilet to pee and my boss was in there. I started my usual compliments and brown nosing and he just cuts me off. 'Look, I appreciate what you're trying to do but if you want me to take notice stop kissing my ass and just suck my dick.'
