Embarrassing confession

I have an unusual embarrassing tail to tell. Not sure if anyone will really understand it - not sure I do really.

I'm a straight divorced guy with a decent job and have been totally sent into a spin.

It happened about 8 months ago when we got a new general manager. At first he seemed OK and we got on well. He seemed to like the job my team was doing. Until one day he had a blazing row with one of my staff.

After that day, his attitude to me changed, he was no longer friendly, would critisise my team and add more work and pressure which meant I often had to stay later... This went in for a couple of months and to my surprise I began to enjoy it. The more work he gave me, the more I wanted. There was never anything sexual, but I wonder if he suspected that I was enjoying him bullying me.

This had gone on a while when he said we needed to save money, and he was going to make the guy he'd had the row with redundant. I said I didn't want that if there was another way round it.

He said he'd think about it. But it might mean that if he kept the guy on I would lose my bonus.....that night I hard the most raging hard on, did I want him to take away my bonus.

I didn't know what to do, should I agree, would he go through with it? He made me wait a week for his decision, but if I wanted to keep my staff member, I would have to take a grade cut and lose my bonus. I'm surprised he couldn't see my erection, my mind was in a total spin. I wanted to say yes. But what would happen, what would he think where might it lead?

I heard myself say, almost as if it was someone else speaking, if that's the only way then I agree!

I don't expect anyone will find this erotic, or interesting, but it has been one of the most sexually exciting events in my life.
