When I was a dental hygienist in my 20s (before I "retired" to be a full-time Mom), I would intentionally brush my tits against some of my patients -- mostly older men and teenaged boys just to give them a little thrill, but also occasionally cute guys my age. Our office had a strict policy against dating patients, so it never went any further than the patients giving me a little squeeze or pinch. The old men were the most likely, lol. They'd cop a little feel with a twinkle in their eye and I'd just give them a little wink and a coy smile.

I'm a guy, and think it's intentional. Just had a new employee of the sports bar I go to chat me up, and, more than once, lean in and either give me a great downshirt look, or press her heaving tits against me. I wasn't her customer, so it wasn't flirting for a tip..I was at the bar and she stopped to chat. Have to admit, I'll probably pursue her.

My bartender friend, whom I've known for a decade, said to me "Looks like you have an admirer..She was all into you". Yes, I think the tits against a guy's body is on purpose.

Maybe. It depends on the situation. Why not try placing your hand on her breasts to see if she flinches. I would say probably a come on.
