Im transgender and married I love my husband but I can't help cheating on him I hang out on craislist and suck off truck drivers and strangers in their cars while on break at work at Nordstrom mac store now I got a rash on my mouth I tell hubby it a cold sore but its spreading all over and betting bigger. No pussy or blister red and pink with white and bright red bumps starting to appear what I dO???

Do NOT tell your husband the truth about any of this. Go to one of those walk-in clinics and get it examined and treated IMMEDIATELY, before it gets any worse. Just be sure to hide the medication they give you (and your discharge papers), and have the insurance statement (EOB) sent to an address where you can be certain that you'll be the only one to see it. Again, say nothing to your husband at all. Finally, I have to say that I admire and adore your trans status, your marital status and your incredible, incredible sexuality. I would LOVE to be your husband. Yes, I would also like to be one of your lovers, but being your husband would be an unbelievable joy, knowing how intensely active you are and how many men you can have when you want them. WHENEVER you want them. OMMFG!
