Most professional and talented tattoo establishment's would not do what you're suggesting; it's not worth losing their reputation and credibility. Possibly, perhaps, maybe if you had a personal relationship with them, they might, but even then I don't think so. But if you want to share your fantasy trip to the tattoo parlor, go for it.
